out just how much home you can afford before you even begin
shopping for one. Once you've found your home, contact one of

working with the friendly people of Commodore Bank throughout
the entire process-from the beginning right through to closing.
Here's What You Can Expect from
Commodore Bank
If you do not already have the Adobe Acrobat
Reader program, you will need to obtain it before you can view
or print out the PDF files linked below. Acrobat Reader is
available for downloading free of charge and will work with
most computer operating systems and devices.

Collect all items on the attached
Mortgage Checklist, applicable to your personal situation
and loan type (purchase or refinance).

A Mortgage Specialist from our
Lending Group will then contact you to discuss your
application and ensure the loan program you selected is
the best for your situation.

You will be given an explanation of the
rate lock options available to you.

Discuss the date you anticipate closing
your loan.

You will be asked to pay $300 for the
appraisal and credit report. (Pre-approvals are free!) We
accept personal checks, or we can debit your Commodore Bank
account. Payments can be made via telephone with your loan
officer, or you can mail/drop off your payment at:
